CSGUK's 2019 conference looked at new directions in customer services, hearing about different perspectives and trends from across the sector, as well as focussing on how libraries can support student wellbeing. In addition our keynote speakers, Chris Powis from Northampton University reflected on their new building and service model and Leo Appleton and Nuala McLaran from Goldsmith’s spoke about leading a new Student Experience Directorate.
