Christmas Wishes

The University of Surrey actively encourages users to give feedback about its resources and services to help to shape and improve Library experience.  In the past they have used comments cards, focus groups and social media to collect comments and responses from their users.

 

In December 2015, they launched their Christmas Wishes campaign with the aim of seeking feedback from users in a more visually engaging way.
