Delivering customer services in the Covid19 pandemic and beyond

 

This year's annual conference was held online and included a keynote presentation from Nick Barratt, Director of Learner and Discovery Services, The Open University; York St John’s experience of achieving Customer Service Excellence in the middle of lockdown and the challenges of accreditation going forward; and strategic collaboration and realignment at the University of Birmingham. We also held panel sessions on supporting staff, virtual library spaces and welcoming students back to campus for 20/21, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions.
