The task groups

CSGUK has two task groups; these groups are made up of the amazing people that organise CSGUK's events, compile the case studies, prepare the tools, and keep in touch with the library customer service community.

 

Membership of  a task group offers a great opportunity to develop skills and build your professional network as well as supporting the work of CSGUK.

This group is responsible for providing a range of events and networking opportunities to support the aims and objectives of CSGUK including delivering annual conference.  

Research & Resources

 

 

The Research and Resources Group aims to develop shared professional knowledge and awareness of issues, trends and developments impacting on service delivery in libraries.
