RLUK/CSGUK Service Standards & Benchmarking Workshop

Taking place at the University of Liverpool London Campus, the workshop focused on approaches to the development of shared sets of customer-focused Service Standards, covering the work of RLUK and Customer Services Group UK, in this area.

The groups discussed their separate initiatives on developing and implementing Service Standards, with ample time to discuss and share how the work has been undertaken in practice, and the challenges faced. The session ended with an opportunity to review the initiatives and explore options for further development or possible areas of joint working.
