CSGUK and University of Birmingham Library Services hosted a webinar on Tuesday 25 May 13:30 - 15:00 on delivering front line enquiry services using chat.
There were presentations from the University of Surrey on setting up a chat service for the first time; Newcastle University's experiences of delivering the service during the pandemic; Gower College's plans for a chatbot; and a member of the Open University who also works for Springshare, providing a view from "the other side". The event also included break out discussions for all delegates to share their experiences and "chat about chat" and the headline results of our benchmarking survey.
