"Stick or Twist: how have the experiences of 20-21 shaped customer services?”

 

Once again, this year we will host the conference virtually, and we hope to provide you with an informative and interactive event.

 

As we return services to campus, the free half-day conference will explore what the customer service landscape looks like. We will hear how our customers services are being transformed by new ways of working and by harnessing technology. Break out discussions will focus on how many of our traditional services remain and which of the services created in response to the pandemic are becoming embedded in our delivery.
