As we return services to campus, this half-day virtual conference explored what the customer service landscape looks like. We heard how our customers services are being transformed by new ways of working and by harnessing technology. Break out discussions focused on how many of our traditional services remain and which of the services created in response to the pandemic are becoming embedded in our delivery.
