CSGUK's sixth annual conference focused on the changing nature of customer expectations within the online, on-demand economy. Services within libraries are rapidly adapting, and meeting the changing needs and expectations of our users can feel overwhelming. 

 

Speakers from across the sector described how they are tackling these challenges as they develop new library spaces, work with specific groups of students and create new service models. We also heard from colleagues about the tools they use to help to understand the expectations of their customers.

The day also included hearing from current students and an activity where delegates were able to share their current issues and receive suggestions for how to tackle them from their peers.
