Joint CSGUK and CSE Networking Group event

CSGUK are pleased to announce they are working with the CSE-STANDARD JISCmail Group to deliver the Group’s annual network meeting.  This year it will be hosted by Anglia Ruskin University at their Chelmsford Campus on Thursday 29th June.

 

 

The meeting offers the opportunity for academic libraries who are holders of the Customer Service Excellence Standard or those working towards it to share their experiences and best practice and learn from others at similar stages of the process.  

 

Members of both the JISCMail group and CSGUK are welcome to attend and expressions of interest in speaking at the event should be sent to Helen Loughran (h.loughran@leedsbeckett.ac.uk / 0113 812 5244) by Wednesday 5th April.
