The Start of Customer Services Group UK
Customer Services Group UK (CSGUK) was originally affiliated with the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries, but has just become an independent national group.
We are currently making a number of plans for the group and our annual conference in November will be our first event as CSGUK and will mark our official re-launch.
