Feedback forms - new resources, tools and case studies
We commonly use feedback forms to collect feedback, comments and/or reactions from our users about the services they use, but how can we use this tool creatively and in way we can engage our users.
We have examples from two institutions on how they have feedback forms to measure the quality of their services and to assist with making service improvements.
Now available from Case Studies & Tool > Measuring Quality in the Resources section of the website.
