CSGUK Communications Task Group update
The CSGUK Communications Task Group meet regularly and have been working on a number of initiatives over the past few months. These include work on a new communications strategy and implementation plan for CSGUK, and analysing the CSGUK website engagement with a view to enhancing it for the end user.
The Communications Task Group have also launched a themed Twitter campaign to promote ideas sharing around the good practice carried out each month in our libraries. Using #CSGUKXmas in December 2016, libraries shared their seasonal user feedback, and last month saw libraries using #CSGUKJan, ideas for supporting students on their return to university after Christmas. This month we launch #CSGUKLove, tapping in to all of your library initiatives around the theme of love, for Valentine’s day. Get involved by sharing your ideas with other libraries across the UK, and look out for the next CSGUK Twitter campaign in March.
